Day 2 Recipe: 2 big handfuls of organic spinach ~ 1 sliced red plum (not canned, peeled) ~ 1 peeled banana ~ 1 teaspoon of peanut butter ~ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract ~ 1 cup of water
I am going to be honest, today's smoothie was nowhere near as good as yesterday's. I have a feeling the peanut butter and vanilla extract were the main culprits. I knew that they might not be the best idea when I was including them, but I simply could not uproot the idea. It may also be a good idea to put in another plum, I could barely taste it.
